So far this year the ROG Desktop PC team has built three new models for those looking for their next gaming PC, but don’t want the hassle of building it. The CG8580 has already been launched, and while the new CG8480 was shown off at the ROG Press Conference as well (we’ll post this up soon), the star of the show was the new CG8890. Due in Q3 in limited quantities, this gaming desktop is fitted with the following hardware:

  • ROG Rampage IV Formula motherboard
  • Intel Core-i7 3960X, 6-core CPU with three on-the-fly overclocking levels up to 4.2GHz by pressing the Speed button on the chassis
  • Liquid-cooled CPU
  • 16GB of 2,133MHz DDR3
  • 2x SSDs in RAID0
