GPU Tweak on the Asus G73SW-3DE

Hello, I'm wondering what will be the best clock for both memory and Core for the G73SW.
Currently Im using 775core and 3000mem as I'm afraid that the G73 will overheat.
I realized that the GPU Tweak is unable to change my fan speed and the GPU voltage. Is it possible to
ever change the fan speed?

I am using Saphire Trixx which allows fan adjustment. Currently 825/1100 very stable temps are ok. I am folding on this laptop while playing wow and does not overheat. I do have a cooling pad under machine. G73JH

Sorry, both did not work, trixx doesn't support Nvidia Cards, Speedfan could not detect any fans at all.
