Intel Gibabit working only at 100 on Maximus II E and CH V

I just upgrade my 100 switch to a Giga and all my giga Nics on my non Asus board and the Real intel add on Gigabit nics work fines at 1000 , but the onboard Intel Gigabit on my ROG board give me only 100 , wtf , what I have to enable

try manually setting the speed to 1GBs in the adapter configuration of the NIC. also make sure you are using CAT 5e or CAT 6 cable to get true 1GBs speeds.

I found the problem, when I plug those 2 ROG the power on the switch was turn off, so it default to 100. the switch have to be turn on for the nic on the switch to go 1000 when you plug or power the PC , the other cable on other pc was plug after I turn the switch on. Anyway it's a cheap trentnet switch, I will receive my HP pro curve in 3 days, should not have this problem.
