The subject file should have been located on my desktop on receipt but it is not. Can anyone tell me how to acquire it?

I just got a refurbished laptop as well and this welcome file is missing. Did you ever locate it?

I just purchased a refurbished Asus as well and the file is missing. Asus Refurbished CS was no help at all. I don't think they understood what I was asking for. They tried to tell me the file was only available on NEW PCs... which makes absolutely NO SENSE. Has anyone located this file yet?
