hallo. i'd like to put 8x8Gb ram on a rampageIV. is there any thing i should know to chose RAM correctly? i mean, if i take 8 similar 8Gb dimm is ok or do i need to buy a pre compiled 8x8Gb offer, or i do need special things to look at?

thanks.

(hey, i know large ram is less fast than small one, i know it won't be usefull for many people to have that huge space. i simply like to have it. i don't care for 10-10-10 1600 ram. i want lots of space to virtualize and to create some ramdisk just for fun.

i mean, having a whole game pre-loaded on a 10-10-10 ramdisk should be much more usefull to evade load timing, and 1 or 2 fps for lower level timings is not a huge problem. a good graph card can give me plenty of fps and this wont be a problem

It is better to use a kit for 8 x 8 - far better. But expensive.
