new rig maximus extreme iv z looking for help on memory timing

Just built new rig Maximus extreme iv -z with i7 2700k and 16 gig of gskills 1600. Looking for help overclocking memory. i don't know what to set it manualy to. i've overclocked Mb to 4200 but still have memory at 1600

nxzt Phamton mean green case w/ 5 fans

Just what kind of speeds are you looking for? The increase the frequency in small increments will require changing the BCLK, and that pushes up your CPU frequency, there is not much gain to be had there in truth.

The other method is to select the next divider up, so in your case that would be 1866MHz, will your ram do that? I have no idea and that is what you are going to have to find out.
