Cooler advice

I am installing a Maximus iv extreme z68 mobo with the Intel 2700k cpu, now I have a H70 Corsair cooler from my last set up that has been used for about a year but I also have a Noctua NH-D14 cooler available ( new in the box) any suggestions at which to use? As far as I know they are comparable, the only thing I am thinking of is the life span of the H70.

Personally I would use the Noctua over any single 120 fan rad cooler, better cooling without any worries.

I love the Noctua one of the best there is - will out perform most kit water systems.
