G75 Best Buy Model

Hi Everyone,

Quick question. Did a side by side comparison of the g74 and g75 at best buy tonight, and I noticed the newer model had some nasty plastic film over the trackpad which felt clunky and unresponsive. I know BB has the cheap model of the g75, and wanted to know if this will be the case for the DS72 version?

The plastic cover on the touchpad is there for protective purposes and can be removed. My G74 was also shipped with this.
