I've just recently swapped out my original Asus Crosshair I to the Formula IV.

Here's my old set up:
Crosshair I Bios 1208
AMD Phenom II X4 940
2) PNY GT9800'S IN SLI 1024mb ea
8GB OCZ Reaper HPC DDR2 1066MHZ RAM

New setup is below:

Here's my issue, it seems my new set up is slower than my old one. Granted, my 3dmark results went from 13308, to 22275. But for example, I'm a gamer and have been playing COD Black ops since it came out. When I first bring it up, it will freeze for about 30secs, then continues. Then when I'm actually connecting to any server for multiplayer, it takes almost a minute or so before connecting, as the progress bar at the bottom jugs along. Where as before on my old setup, it would load in under 15secs. I also have to explain, I have it setup as a dual boot, XP SP3 32bit on 1 HD, and Win 7 Ultimate 64bit on the other. Win7 is the only OS I can get the game to play on since the swap(it would run on both before, w/np). In XP, as soon as I'm in the game and connected to any server, it freezes and I have to reboot. Which leads me to believe it's an driver issue, which I've downloaded the latest Catalyst for both respective OS's.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
