I saw someone mention in some forum that it has i7 2630 and 560GTX , but considering my experience with the G73.. I'd tread carefully.
and it has a 3d version also

I hope they got rid of that mesh where the speakers are on the G73....its a dirt magnet and its hard to get out.

Looks awesome. The quick-release is a great idea. There should be a manufacturer "trade-up" program to save on e-waste and allow people to get new products at a discount, Or there should be a line of laptops thats upgradable from one MB/CPU/GPU to the next with a semi-standardized layout of ports/cooling etc kinda of like atx cases and motherboards... Would a G73SW setup fit in my JH? I feel like it should..

Quick question, Brian. Not sure if you'll know this or not... but is there any info on the G74's hardware access? I know one of the big complaints everyone has said about the G73, is the fact that the end user can only get access to 3 of the 4 RAM strips. (Lets face it, upgrading RAM doesn't take a degree in physics)

In fact, my ONLY complaints I have with the design of the G73, is the hardwired NIC, that RAM strip access issue, and lack of RAID ;)

Nah...Ill still pick the G73SW-3DE...aside from the GTX 560 which shows minor improvements...the g73 still looks awesome!

Amazing looking laptop. But I have one question, will this thing have an overclock button like the ASUS G53 and G73? I hope it does, I just simply loved that feature!

This model is out for almost a month now but I havent seen any tweaks on the processor and GPU. Is there a turbo button for this model like the previous model like g73?
