just wondering what are a decent set of guidelines are for high temperatures for cpu, nb and sb. i am looking for specifics just want to know when it starts to be too hot.

Provided the system is stable there really isn't much to worry about with temperatures. Keep devices below 90 Celsius and you should have no problems. Some airflow through a PC case together with adequate heat sinking is generally all you need to ensure this. Temperature alone doesn't damage devices, excessive over-current does.

So right now im sittin at ICH 48C and IOH 62C and the system is rock solid so im good temp wise. IOH voltage is at 1.16 and the IOH PCIE ia 1.51v and ICH is 1.11v so i should be good there as well.
