What driver for my SSD?

I have my OCZ vertex 3 SSD connected to the red 6 GB sata port but what sata driver should I download to use the port?

I answered you post at XS but will also reply here.

To install Windows you don't need any drivers. In the BIOS set hot-plugging to enabled for the port the Vertex3 is connected to. Once in Windows you can install the Intel AHCI drivers. I use the 10.​1.​0.​1008 drivers without issue. Also in the Windows power plan, advanced settings, set the hard drive power down to never.

What board are you using? Make sure you are using the High Speed SATA cable and you should use the Intel SATA III connection.
