M4E Problem ( "Q" Led On CPU )

hi guys,

i got problem with my rig..
it canot run coz when turn on.. cpu led keep on at mobo..
and 00 on bug num.

what problem is this and how to resolve it??

please list all your parts and let me know if your board has ever worked before? Was it overclocked? Clear the CMOS, use only one stick of RAM. Please provide us with more information so that we may help you.
