I am having a issue with random reboots...they occur even if I am not using the system and it is idle! I get no error messages or BSODS...is anyone else having this issue? Not overclocked yet, everything at factory settings.

You might want to check the Windows event log to see if there is any indication what may have happened there.

What BIOS version are you using and what DRAM timings?

I am using Bios 0404 and my dram timings are 9-9-9-24.
I just saw a new bios on the Asus site, I may give that a try...I also upgraded my Power supply as I thought that may be an issue, but it still happened.
Thanks for your assistance so far!!

Event log says Kernel power error 41...it has happened 15 times in 1 week...I could be on the internet or playing CIV V and it randomly occurs!
I have just installed the new bios 0506 so I'll wait and see if it happens again.

Kick the memory down to DDR3-1333 and see if that helps; just as a quick debug...

So far so good with the new Bios...no F1 errors...no reboots..everythings holding strong for now!!
I'll try taking the memory down to 1333 if it happens again and see where we go from there.
Thanks for the help..I'll keep you posted!!

Looks like the new Bios 0506 is working great...rock solid with everything so far!!
I have thrown a few things at it and no worries...memory holding at 1600mhz...nice and smooth in games..everything runs like a champ!!
Now it's time to push this board at least till bulldozer finds a home in this board!!
Thanks guys!!!
