Bios acting up >_<

Ok now this might sound strange what I am about to post but bear with me,Ok my bios on 0506 are acting up,it will hang for like 15 seconds now on the bios before it get's to the window's screen,updated the bios cause of the orginal being unstable and this seems no worse,now this all began cause of me switching out my gpu to a 6970 xfx edition,did the upgrade for that with a hot fix cause that had a blue screen.

Well I reset the cmos by taking the battery out and that seemed to fix the bios prob well till I hooked my rat/5 mouse back into the usb and shut down for the night turned it bhack on in the morning and bios was taking long to load and post once again,question is what is going on here?

Edit*forgot to mention I have the crosshair v formula with 8gb of corsair vengence,1tb samsung harddrive and a X6 black edition cpu

One minute it seems to work fine, and the next it refuses to boot.

Yea it was working great last night,and now today it is back to it's own way,it does work so im not complaning about that,it's just not working the way it should be tho 0_x
