For those that have achieved 1 million and 10 million points on the ASUS ROG Folding@home team, Welcome to the VIP club. I have made special dog tags to help commemorate for being part of the 1 and 10 million club!

I will PM those that have hit their numbers on FAH stats page and send out the tags accordingly.

Sounds good to me! My folding is modest compared to some, but I try to be consistent. If I have more competition that is consistent that would be a really good thing :)

thanks, the 2 m will take more time, it'S to hot in my shop so I run only 1 cpu for this week, I'm making painting and renovations so I try to not over heat too much

Thank you MarkedOne. You will be there too. There should be a wall at ASUS when we pass a dog tag and get the next like 1 mill to 10mil we should sign the tag and give it back to the wall. Just an idea. Sounds cool to me. What yall think?

Got my Dog Tags today ^_^ hopefully, I can start working on getting the 10 Million tag here shortly, almost getting cool enough where I can start running my rig full bore. Gotta see what I can push my new i7-2600k with Cool-It Vantage ALC to. I've had it at 4.8GHz but it wasn't being stressed at all. Gotta start saving up for my mod experiment, it's going to be expensive. If ASUS could make a single slot GTX 500 series card with preinstalled waterblock, that would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to use almost all ASUS parts in my build but I have the tricky aspect of either Danger Den + ASUS or *cough*usingsomeoneelse'scard*cough cough* Either way it's going to be fun once I can come up with the funds for it.

also, as a side note, it was awesome seeing pcjunkie featured in CPU again, and we actually got to see a picture of the man himself this time ^_^ Hopefully, I can get out to one of these events in the future, they look like a lot of fun.

It all depends on what you have for hardware that is folding. we have people on our team folding from as little as a few points a day up to around 500,000 ppd

Yeah, it was funny. I sent Brian a PM asking him to drop me a 10M tag because I had just passed the mark. He said "sure thing" but they were already at my house when I got home. Ninja!

Raja is our temporary leader but he doesn't operate out of the main office so he'll delegate someone I guess?

It hasn't been officially cancelled. It's just that nobody has replaced Brian yet so there really isn't anyone to do it. I'll ask and see what's up.

Basically it looks like nobody wants to see the tag program die but that it will be a few months before all the change ups with ROG are stabilized enough to align resources and continue.

So my recommendation is to just keep folding (hey, it's good for mankind!) and at some point in the future they'll catch up with those who haven't received one.

No clue, sorry. Nobody has officially cancelled it or given any definite info on when it might resume.
