Could be a GPU or system stability issue.
What GSkill RAM is this? (GSKill 8GB does not tell us much).
What BIOS version are you using?

Do you still have the raid array active as a secondary drive?
Try using a different PCIe slot for the GPU and see if the issue persists.
Set memory parameters:
Command Rate 2T
Read to Read Timing 5 clocks
Voltages:
Set VDIMM manually for the specified voltage of the DIMMs
Set CPU/NB Voltage to 1.20V
Ensure system is at stock.

-Raja i did test all slot with gpu and all the same but for some reason memory is showing 8192 mbytes? sorry for question what do you mean Read to Read Timing 5 clocks ? it set to 2T.

8192 MB is correct.
Yes, set DRAM Read to Read Timing to 5 clocks.
If that does not help, then try using just one memory module, and see if you still get GPU corruption.
After that, I would use just one memory module to flash to the latest UEFI (0051), use the memory settings I gave you and also CPU/NB voltage to 1.20V to flash UEFI please.

So after you start the task manger and bring the game back to the front wen you close it, the game works? sounds like you may have a diver issue if i am reading this right. also check the aspect ratio. see if its set to 16.9 or 16.10 if its at .10 check to make sure your monitor supports a 16.10 aspect ratio.

I also thing it something related to the GPU and monitor, even if you try with another GPU.

You may try, but in my case it was not the cable. The funny thing this monitor works fine after on my GTX 480 and now on my GTX 580 .
