" Koolance has found and immediately fixed a website vulnerability that could have allowed an attacker to access customer account information. Credit card numbers are not stored by the Koolance website and would not be accessible, nor do we maintain sensitive information like birth dates, social security numbers, or other financial account numbers. The information a hacker could have potentially accessed includes: names, encrypted passwords, physical addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and order histories.
As a security precaution, we have changed all customer account passwords. To reset it, please visit our password retrieval page. If your email address and password are similar to those used on other sites, we recommend changing the password at those sites as well. Further information about ways to detect and protect yourself from possible identity theft can be found at the Federal Trade Commission Website."
