Does anyone know about this common problem with ASUS motherboards were they restart after 5 or so seconds after start up. I disconnected my hard drives, memories and it still does it. It reloads default Bios settings when it fails to boot. Anyone know if it is my motherboard that's faulty or its a setting in ASUS EFI suite. Anyone know the write thread that'd discussed this?

My setup:
P8P67 Pro, i7 2600k @4.6Ghz, 2 x Force GT's RAID0, 2x4GB XMS3 Ram Corsair, basic cheap ASUS graphics card that works. Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1kW ( swapped recently because new Corsair 1200W sucks! and makes capacitor buzzing noises)
