how to overclocking this to stable for gamer

processor:AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 425 B25 2,70GHz this was orginal i got this now 2,82Ghz little overcloacked in bios
Memory: 8gb kingston
graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (1024mb)
Thermal and Power Specs:
Maximum GPU Temperature (in C) 100 C 99 C
Maximum Graphics Card Power (W) 116 W 170 W
Minimum Recommended System Power (W) 400 W 500 W
Supplementary Power Connectors One 6-pin 6-pin and 6-pin
My Screen is:Samsung SyncMaster 2233RZ

I used that smart doctor and i found here that Cpu Tweak there is automatic Game Profle, but i dont know is it right so asking here this what changes:
CPU Clock(MHz) 900 normal to CPU Clock(MHz) 940
CPU Voltage (mV) 1087 to CPU Voltage (mV) 1100
Memory Clock(MHz) 4104 to Memory Clock(MHz) 4184
Fan Speed (%) 30 it doesnt change at all
If i missed something i am new sorry about it if i dont understand something i ask i got Dysphasia

If you are asking how to overclock your CPU with the tool it is easy to do. Just slide the bars across and find out what your graphic card will run without freezing. It is that easy.

well i have maxed out cpu clock and voltage comes same time both are max computer works
memory clock i dont know
