anybody know how to contact asus without having to fill out some kind of questionair?

about what? u do not say... there is PM...private messeging.......
if nothing else you can PM the admin...and ask to have it directed to
the proper hands..... thats what i would do...did.

But as has been pointed out... Chinese New Year...starts
in mere moments now...and goes 2weeks...so quick might
be ..... a bit.

want to put it public.... not to step on toes here.. but
maybe PM HiVizMan and he might be able to, if nothing else,
forward it to the proper hands.... im guessing... he isnt hard
