I'm bummed out by the quality of the display ASUS put in the G75VX and was wondering if its possible to put any other type of screen in here. A higher quality one, possibly 3D or 120hz if its possible.

I would try some type of program that fixes stuck pixels, or you could take a sharpie and gently tap on the stuck pixel to see if it fixes itself. I've tried both methods and they have worked for me so good luck
I actually tried that, I figure my laptop just can't find the drivers on its own and I tried many other drivers. If I could get a link or name of a specific driver that worked for someone else that would be a good start.
