Help with SSD install

Hi allPlease can you help me. I have an ASUS Rampage gene 3. i want to install a 240 intel 1500 ssd. i have 6 sata 3gbs and 2 marvel raid 6gbs. can i install using the marvel controller or am i forced to use the standard sata?
