Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to clean the air intakes, mine are getting dusty, wanna clean them before it becomes an issue, but they are HARD to get to being under the screen.

Well, came home from work today to some severe storm warnings coming into our area, unplugged my laptop for safety, storms never came, plugged it back in, now it will not boot. When you turn it on, the BD-ROM drive makes a powerup noise, no BIOS logo...
