Hello I'm Told you might be an Aussie Moderator and might be able to help me with finding my laptop which I sent to the Melbourne Service center on Tuesday of last week, I tried searching for it under the Repair Status Inquiry on www.asus.com but it said you guys didn't have my laptop and more recently (today) said that "System can't find records of your inquiry". Which doesn't make sense as i called on Friday and the guy told me it was in it's initial testing stage, so either the search function is down or they haven't added it yet.
