Hi Brian I have a question . I was watching an unboxing video of the new ASUS P9X79 PRO and DELUXE boards and they both had the Intel LGA2011 CPU INSTALLATION documentation ( flyer ) . Do you know if the ROG RAMPAGE IV extreme come with that documentation ? Thank You.

Hello Brian! I just want to see if anyone can help me. I bought an asus g53jw on amazon.com. I am brazilian, and my notebook was made on america. When I play games, after some time my video freezes and I have to reboot mannualy. Ive tried a lot of things to solve this problem but nothing worked, so, I want to use my warranty. I am brazilian, so it would be a huge headache sending my notebook to us. There is an oficial asus store in my country, but they said that they cant help me because my notebook wasnt made on brazil.. I think this is absurd! Isnt there a way that I could use my rma here? Asus is asus, and, as I see, I have a GLOBAL warranty, so I asus should help me even I am on us o brazil. Imagine if I ship my notebook and for some reason it broke during the transport. They wouldnt let me use my warranty. Can you help me? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have rather stupidly damaged the LCD ribbon cable in my Best Buy G73 model while re-pasting the thermal compound on my GPU (Due to continuing issues with GSODs after vBios update and Bios 211.) I was wondering if I could order this ribbon cable from you-all? The support question that I submitted to ASUS.COM just returned a generic RMA response; but I accept this was my fault, I can fix it, I just need the cable. It appears out of stock online everywhere as part number 1422-00PQ0AS ; although the number on the broken ribbon is: 1422-00Q00ASA521KS000849. Any help would be appreciated. Jason Secondi
