Honestly, it got my hopes up for a real MARS III. T-T
Try downloading the 2.1.5 version of GPU Tweak, it is supposed to fix the red screen issue.

Just an update to the bug, so far I have also downloaded the newest GPU Tweak v.2.1.4 and GPU Tweak 2.1.5 from Asus website. Still, these two new versions will not work with nVIDIA driver 301.42.

Last night, I updated the GPU Tweak to 2.1.24 and the nVIDIA driver to 301.42. The PC still crashes with freezes or video driver stopped responding error messages.
I reverted back to older GPU...
