Hmm.. I'm not sure how similar this chip is to my 6100..

I'd set everything to default and start again.

Then change the bus/peg to manual, try 200 . Also try a lower multiplier to start with ,...

Ok guys well here is what I finally have !
Prime 95 stable overnight at 4.6GHz, the lowest Vcore I could get was 1.433.
Max temp was 55°. I used speccy to monitor it instead of temp.
