I am running the same 2.15 Firmware and have no problems. I also never did a firmware upadte when I got the drive.....


On my 24/7 rig I run a 256GB vertex 3 and it works fine as primary drvie...

Just buy a usb stick and always have the most up-to-date BIOS on it. Anything happens, just reflash with that. I never was able to get that AI updater to work either, aways got a server connection...

Try running it under manual at stock voltage. See if its stable. I had the same problem with XMP and I just said screw it and set it up myself....
