It is pretty heavy (G75) but with a good backpack you should be ok. Maybe a little tiring the first week of lugging it around, but you would get used to it...lol. Also obviously the battery life...

I lol'd, glad you were able to get a new machine. Now i'm a tad nervous with my 670m, but i havn't had any issues so far and it's been almost 2 months now.

I personally like having a cooling pad just for when i'm in bed or in my recliner being lazy and gaming, keeps my lap cool. :cool:

My touchpad works perfectly. I don't use it much as I prefer the ROG mouse that came with my laptop.
