I do enable EPU from time to time. It seems to disable itself sometimes when I do tweaking and I forget to turn it back on. I'll do that now and see if it makes any difference.

It' a D-Link pcie wireless card. There is no WOL option in device manager. The built in LAN card is turned off in bios.
