    RMA Status route

My R4E in repairing since 02-14. Today I see this status and not sure what its mean, anyone out there know ?

    TRMA: USAXXXXXXX*SUBSHIP

Does not seem fit in this route some where

ASUS After-sale Repair Status Route is as below:
Product Received > (Waiting) > Repairing > Final Testing > Packing > Ready for Shipping > Repair Finished

    Thx

Think that means its shipped or about to be. Where are the ROG mods when you need them, thought thats one of the main points to this forum was so ROG reps can answer questions.

IM A HUMAN, STOP WITH THE RECAPCHA WINDOW, its annoying having to fill it out for every single post.

I begin feel some things wrong after the 1st week. Same problems return almost everyday, I start reading here and try to fix all the problems, but does not seem work out, so I decided to let the Pro at Asus take a look to see if the board defected some how, if not then fix it for me. Call in and get the RMA, ship the mobo on 02-03, get there on 02-10, begin see it under repairing on 02-14, saw that new status yesterday 02-23 ........

Today, come home from work and saw the mobo already delivery in the morning time . Check the status on line and till see the same memo post there. The status seem not up date often to me and 20 days turn around in my case.
Look like I'll busy this weekend, put every things back together.

I'm really happy with the services, exceeded my expectations.

    Thanks all

    Up-Date:

Took all Sat morning to put every things back together ...... then power on.

Day 1: Load optimize Default, load XMP , enter mode 1, VCCSA to 1.250, clock genfilter to 20uf, save ...... Load windows and system run stable all night, no issue. Turn machine off at night.

Day 2 : Got da message again .... system unstable, your CPU ratio maybe down ........... Go back to BIOS and removed 20uf

Day 3: Power on the machine and every thing load fast, no problem so far ..... I love it.

I'm not an Asus rep but I've had my share of Support, and last time I didn't even get that! My status went from Waiting for Product to 2 day's after I received it back, Repair Finished with nothing between. Give Mason@Asus a PM he might be able to help you.

markpg28, Yes the Asus reps do answer questions but they do have to sleep sometimes, and the recapcha is there for 5 post and 5 days because the forum without it was getting between 500 to 5000 Spam a day! the Admins couldn't keep up.
