I have an Asus GTX 660 Ti DirectUII OC and have it clock at; core clock +80, memory clock +250, and core voltage +12. I have read in several places of poeple running settings close to this, but am not 100% on how safe this is. I don't want to damage my card. If this a safe setting, and does anyone have any better ratios to go by?

As long as your temps are good then all should be OK. I think all these cards are limited in the voltage you can put through them so you should be OK.
Maybe don't take the core clock so close to its limits and try for a higher RAM OC?

The cards are limited to 1125mV so unless you use a unlocked BIOS you shouldn´t really have any problems, the worst is that it will degrade but at those voltages it is very rare, you should be good to go
