    Best bios???

Hi this is my 1st thread. can someone please tell me what the best bios is for the Rampage IV Extreme? i have the i7-3930k 16gb g-skill at 2133. msi r6970 lightning and liquid cooled CPU.

here are all the bios i can fined for this mobo...

    0013 Improves DRAM OC
1201 Minor fix of dual gpu VGA detection bug in bios's GPU/DIMM post screeen.
1103 Improves High Frequency DRAM Compatibility, Improves Peripheral Compatibility
    0006B
1101 Improves system stability, official BIOS
0005B Improves CPU Level up for new cpus, improves stability for 7970 when 7970 under LN2
    0003B
0002B Adds internal pll over-voltage option, improves stability for 7970 when 7970 under LN2
    0001B
1005 updated PCIe codes for improved compatibility with some GPUs
1004 update microcode and PCIE Gen 3.0 codes
0901 Improve high frequency DRAM compatibility, add more options to Latency Boundary item, enable UEFI driver support for add on cards
0083B More DRAM Tuning, added option under 'Latency Boundary' 'Furthest' - Furthest will help RAM OC higher (especially Elpida Hypers/ BBSE) at the cost of latency, added Load Tight 4x4GB Hynix Profile.
0803 memory timing changes to the gaming OC profile
    079B overclocking - more aggressive than 0803

hope some one can help me out. ow im running 1101 at the min and 1005 on bios two with a 4.8ghz OC at 100.100 x48 vcore at 1.4 in bios in windows 1.389 max temps low 17c high 68c .

    hi

is there a possibility to disable the blinking LED whene my pc is in suspend?

it would be cool if i can disable it in the bios so i dont have to open my case and plug the cable out.

i think is something to do with the memory that the bios is saved to??? but have to say i don't know SORRY. But iv had two BSOD after flashing to 0015. have flashed back to 1103 but the coms pattern test still fails. ps how do i fined the setting in the bios to pick what bios chip to run off or do i have to just use the button on the mobo? ie bios1 and bios2 as i cant see it anywhere. thank you for all your help m8. sorry to be a pain but its the 1st time iv see the coms pattern test fail and my 1st two blue screens.
