You get it, or near...acording to AMD spec, RAM should run at a max of 1333, so even at 1600 they are OC, now, since you can play with the clock of the CPU, you don't need high frequency RAM, 1600 mhz will be fast enough and a good value ( they cost less) aside, your board will have more chance to boot the first time. Now get 1.5 volts RAM so if need you can always increase the voltage a little bit. Since you choose a Crosshair, I will go with Red RAM, Gskill have plenty of them

there is one with a lower latency but its out of stalk.

    worth the wait?

Now I'm looking at power supplies.
the one you pointed out is most likely what I'll get but I've always liked the kingwin way of cable management, the screw in plugs and glow are very nice and looks great

but now they seem to have lost there patent to Rosewill.

I know this is nit picky but I like the look.

    thanks again

Please stay away of those Rosewill PSU .... get something reliable, something like a Corsair or Seasonic , the look,; peoples who know about PSU will be open mouth if you show them a AX 1200 , not a Xmas Light Decoration like this Rosewill

Well last night I put some thought into the water distribution .
here's a simple jpg of what I want.
yes there will be an external water res, that is why I like the Zalman reserator.
This will be made of copper soldered together **and polished to an inch of its life *
unless I can find and pressure test plexie tube and UV reactive adhesive..
let me know what you think

Oh boy BIG NO here, your schema show parallel distribution, you risk to have water running faster in some place and slower ( if not stop ) in other place. You need to plug them in series. The out go in the in of the other component. For your Motherboard block, you feed water at the bottom not at the top, to avoid air trap

wow, film work has eaten my life again... I'm currently working on a pilot of Beauty and the Beast and I'm first assist SPFX yes living the dream..16 hrs + hours a day.. my first week back in three months 101 hours.. this week 6 days..100 hours.. I'm fing tired but have money for my new compy

I have a question about flow meters. Does my Crosshair V Formula have ports for temp and or flow sensors. I did read something about changing something in the bios that make the impeller of the flow meter read as RPMs.
I'm looking at this INS-FM17N Coolant Flow Meter
if there a way to run three of these?

also I know what you said about a water manifold..NO.. well I've been putting more thought into that.
I have found this 1" Copper Manifold w/ 1/2" Crimp Ball Valves, 3 outlets
If I induce water from both ends flow will be even with a "U" on both ends going to a "T" joint to a 1/'2 in. I intend to have this on both sides
of the computer. As for condensation I have the opportunity to encase these manifolds in a clear silicon resin to stop that from happening.

Sorry for my out of the box thinking but I'd like to push the limits. I have LOTS of other industrial ideas for water cooling that I use in film and TV.

    thanks for any help
I'm about 2 weeks away from build.
The chassis goes in Monday for Nickle plating and Daz should have my north bridge cooler after her gets back from his trip.
I'm officially done with this show as of Friday and will rest for at least a week

So, you still did the parallel setup... Could you, please, post some pics in this forum too (in the "Case Modding & PC Build Pics" section)? It seems very interesting...
