Thread: Crosshair V Formula chipset drivers won't install.

    One last question before we proceed with some fixes. Is your OS legal? There have been problems in the pass with some downloaded versions or OS loaders that folks use, have to ask mate no disrespect intended.

    RAID GUIDE * Memtest86+ GUIDE * CAP GUIDE * USB BIOS Flahsback GUIDE * Win8 Rampage Install

    ONLY IF 2003 BIOS or NEWER
    To Flash back to 1xxx.ROM, Rename 1xxx.rom to ERALL.ROM and Use USB Flashback

    Ah, Its alright, I understand. Yeah, my Windows 7 copy is legal, although I installed it using another disk with my product key. (Impatience, heh) It also hasn't been activated yet, since I haven't been able to connect to the internet yet with no drivers installed.

    Also here are my performace results if it still helps:

    Well I think I got my chipset drivers installed. In the autorun menu of the motherboard disk, I clicked on the ASUS ImstALL utility instead of on "Chipest Drivers" and it seems to have worked. It said the drivers were installed in the utility at least. And I can connect to the internet now. Thank you for the replies everyone!
