Asus Crosshair V cpu LED question

ok so I just upgraded from a crosshar formula II AM2+ Nvidia 780a chipset to the new crosshair formula V with the AMD 990FX chipset and installed my CPU and set the bios to defalt setting. My CPU is an AMD Phenom II X6 1055T running at 2.8 GHz with a coolermaster V6 GT heatsink and fan and the bios read it at that speed. Im am still lerning the new bios version and seems to be real simple to get things set up not like the old days. all the LEDs on my old board were alwas green aside from the HD LED on the board. on the new board all the LEDs are green aside from the CPU LED its always yellow and as far as i can see the bios are set up to run this CPU on defalt settings. the PC runs great and stable but im a little worried about the yellow light and if its going to be a problem down the road and if it is something i need to take care of. or if it will damage my CPU in any way

If any one needs any more info so that they can help me pin point the problem let me know what you need and i will get it for ya

    thanks in advance
    Lee

if you read page 2-15 in the manual it will explain all the led lights and different colors.the yellow cpu led means your cpu voltage is between 1.37 volts and 1.49 volts nothing to worry about. My 965x4 had a yellow led at stock clocks and my 1090t has a green led at stock clocks

I think you asked a question that many would have wanted to ask but did not. So thank you for that.

Often the information is in the manual but the trick is knowing where to look to find it.

    Enjoy your system.
