Yes all here is my heart fealt plee for donations:

Good morning GD'ers,

I am doing the London to Brighton bike ride this year (total 54 miles). Now to some seasoned riders this might not sound a lot, but since my leg break last summer I have been unable to exercise or keep my fitness levels up. The range of movement in my foot is pretty terrible but I am making slow progress.

This is the first thing I will be completing for charity and hopefully if this helps me recover from my injury more then I will be doing more in the future.

I have a reasonable goal of £250.00 to raise but if I can get more I will be VERY happy.

I don’t ask for mega donations but ANYTHING you can give will really help.

100% of ALL donations go to the British heart foundation. The entry fee for the ride itself has been paid for out of my own pocket.

You can donate online through my Justgiving page here: http://www.justgiving.com/John-Bassil

The BHF is a cause close to my heart (no pun intended) as my father suffered a rather horrific heart attack when I was younger, which I had the misfortune of witnessing.

So please donate whatever you can to help a good cause.
