    Bios

    Very new to this, whats the best way to check the bios level im at, and whats the best way to upgrade it to the latest level without bricking this thing. Ive already had problems with drivers and had to restore it once. I just got it yesterday. Thanks

    Latest BIOS for G73JW is 203 available at http://tinyurl.com/2fr84z5

    I prefer to use the EZFlash utility built into the BIOS. Copy the new ROM file to an USB flash drive formatted for FAT32/FAT. Turn on machine and hit F2 to enter BIOS. Run EZ Flash, and follow the prompts to open the ROM file, and do the flash. Make sure your battery is attached, and you are on AC power.
