    i love my g74, and have no complaints. but the draw of the g75 to me is the thinner slicker design, with four usb 3.0 slots. add to that the synaptics tp, and i want one. but i would never buy one until hearing about all the feedback from those who have already bought it. so late this summer at the earliest. but i would hate to give up my g74 as it is running flawlessly.

    I would say definitely wait. If it turns out that you don't like the looks or the specs of the G75, buy a G74. The G74's will be around for a while, often with awesome discounts. If you shop carefully, you should be able to pick up a G74 and upgrade it to be almost as good as a G75. Since the GTX 670M is a rebadged GTX 570M, the performance gains are minimal. The power reduction of the Ivy Bridge processor might be worth it though.
