PNY Liquid Cooled GTX 580 vs. HD 7850

With a Core i7 2600/2700K processor on a GENE-Z R-O-G mainboard, which of these cards would be a better fit for running Battlefield 3 on it's highest settings, running my monitor's 1920x1200 native resolution?

If I used a closed-circuit liquid CPU cooler on the HD 7850 combination, would there be any risk of other mainboard components overheating with either combination, if I were to push it hard with Battlefield 3?
    A Republic of Gamers heart.

you would need sli 580's to run multi monitors in bf3 m8, you might get away with a 3gb 580 though
