Thread: Most terrible support ever ASUS..

    Problem correctly resolved.

    This thread contained my experience with ASUS, because I had some problems with support, but luckily all of that has been taken care off and I am glad to inform you guys, that the problem has been correctly resolved.

    Big thanks to my RMA contact and big thanks to ASUS Benelux.


    For those who have read my experience before I edited it, remember we are all human and we all make mistakes, but there is also a time to learn from those mistakes and a time for forgiveness.

    ASUS learnt from my experience and resolved my case in an appropiate and respectfull manner.

    Therefore my faith in ASUS has been restored and I would recommend ASUS to everyone again.

    Thank you for the gesture and I will remember it.

    I admire your patience. Many have gone ballistic after less time so I have to give you credit for that. It's really too bad when the regional partners make the brand look like this Anyway, please keep us updated.

    You are spot on the service that customers get is terrible some times. And really good others. I just wish that the really good would be there for all the time. So sorry to hear your problems about the service you have had.

    What you have experienced is unacceptable in my view. I am ashamed for ASUS.

    i hope staff from Asus see this thread and act on it, i am very happy with my rampage IV formula and it would be a shame
    that they let something like this make their product look bad!! common Asus i know you can do allot better and look after
    us users that spend so much money year in year out
    i'm sorry for what u been through Jackhammer and hope it all works out for you soon
    you have shown allot more patience than what is merited in my opinion.

    Altough I have heard of the book I have not read it, but looking at wikipedia I see what you mean by it.

    Kafka is bleak most of the time, my wife considers Kafka suitable bed time reading to the girls. Ah we are a strange family.
