This thread contained my experience with ASUS, because I had some problems with support, but luckily all of that has been taken care off and I am glad to inform you guys, that the problem has been correctly resolved.
Big thanks to my RMA contact and big thanks to ASUS Benelux.
For those who have read my experience before I edited it, remember we are all human and we all make mistakes, but there is also a time to learn from those mistakes and a time for forgiveness.
ASUS learnt from my experience and resolved my case in an appropiate and respectfull manner.
Therefore my faith in ASUS has been restored and I would recommend ASUS to everyone again.
