    Man you got some patience. It's like a ball game that you get tossed around. I guess the Asus in your area is not handling the situation well and should be spanked.

    JackHammer ... Welcome friend. It is true. There simply is no excuse for Not doing 'it' right the first time.
    Manufacturing issues are expected, but once in the hands of RMA ... this should be the end of it. The first time.
    That said. That is not always the reality and you have done exactly the right thing in exactly the right way, politely
    calmly, clearly. cudos

    This was Netherlands service center. They have a whole seperate rma thing .. hq ...
    can not be happy with this kind of squandering of brand equity.. can not be.

    This kind of stuff shouldn't be happening and this one case has been going on so long that they need to just send you the board they promised and stop beating around the bush...
    It's embarrassing to have the best .. yet ... this.

    I am pretty disappointed that there has been no response from anyone from Asus. This is not the way to fix the perception that your RMA department is patently imcompetent.

    ??? What do you think is going to be in the box ??? 50/50 ?
    The 'old' model is probably harder for 'them' to get a hold of than the new .. 51/49 ..best of luck ..
