SSDs I've been through:
OCZ Agility 128: 3 years running solid, although getting a little long in the tooth now. Absolute faith in it to keep my wife's 16GB PST file safe.
2x Intel 80GB G1s: One died just like that, another is in my torrent rig (for silence). 4 years old now. 50nm NAND. Still chugging along.
Crucial M3 128: Generally ninja fast, but you notice the lack of write speeds (same as the Intel G1 above). Used to be in my work laptop (mirrored the drive cause I couldn't stand 2.5" 5400RPM slow as **** HDD), but they've glued shut my new laptopThis one is going in my HTPC I think as it only needs to read and start-up fast.
Plextor M4 128: Godsmackingly fast. Toshiba toggle NAND + Marvell + SATA 6 = mind blown. Cheaper than the Intel 510 here too - winwin. In my gaming/work rig and love it to bits.
Kington V Series (circa 2010): Epic ****e. Slow, buggy. Avoid.

Innovate. Never Imitate.
When I get reeeally sad about missing someone far away, I just take a deep cleansing breath, then switch to the rifle with a scope.
I think OCZ - more stable, becouse support (firmware updates) is better.
I use Crucial M4 128 Sata III. so far rock solid and fast. I was on ocz forums at the time I was researching SSD drives and their forums were overflowing with user problems. So that steared me away from them. I'm sure they are getting their firmware ducks in a row by now. I would hope anyway. ????
Wow I'm surprised no one has even bothered to mention the Patriot series SSD's I personally enjoy the Wildfire Patriot 120. I have 2 of them rocking my G74SX-3De. Never had any issue with them. Awesome read and write speeds and they are very reasonably priced.
Right up there with Corsair Force GT, OWC Mercury Extreme Pro 6G, OCZ Agility 3 and the OCZ Vertex 3.
Obviously I still think Intel is the best out there as they are to have longer life from wear and tear but that is definitely being reflected in the price tag.
G74SX-3De
Intel i7-2640QM @ 2.00GHz
12GB DDR3 @ 1333MHz
Wildfire Patriot SSD 120GB x2
Nvidia GTX 560M 3GB GDDR5
17.3 inch 3D Matte Display
I've been using a Corsair Force GT 120GB for quite some time now, really rock solid speeds on x79.

Intel pretty much sets standard for fastest and most reliable
If it has to be one of them, I would chose OCZ they have the New Indilinx Controllers out which work Pretty damn well. Ive got one in my Work Rig and it is AWESOME!!!! I have the Octane but may upgrade to a Vertex soon.
