Crosshair IV Formula + Phenom II won't start ?

    Hi everyone !

My first post on this forum
I just bought the AMD 890FX Asus carde.
I've installed 4X2 GB of Gskill memory and Phenom II cpu
The whole hardware is brand news.
It's not the first computer i'm seting up (but the first one that expensive )

The computer won't start, the diagnostic goes quickly into "cpu" then go back to "ram"
then nothing appends. I've try with each of the ram set but still the same problem

What could possibly be the problem with this brand new hardware ?

Have you tried the Go button just below the ram hold that till the system starts and if it does not start then possibly your ram is DOA.

Clear Cmos try only one stick, then try that single stick in each ram slot till it boots. Let us know what happened.

    Same Issue

I have the same issue as well.

I currently have just installed my Phenom II 1090T, 4x2gb Trident 2000mhz RAM. When I boot I get the three beeps, indicating a memory issue (also indicated by the blinking light). I tried the "Go button solution" unfortunately to no avail. I have tried the RAM in each slot as well, again to no effect.

Any help would be much appreciated, I'm beginning to freak out. I already had to send my CPU back because it was faulty, I don't want to RMA my RAM too...
