0x...0124 can mean you have to up vcore or up dram voltage or up (or even drop in some cases) VTT and VCCSA.

What are you running at the moment?

    Vcore 1.365 manual?
VTT and VCCSA ? (Try 1.2 for both)
    CPU PLL ? (Try 1.8)
RAM 1.5 (You could up this a notch to 1.55)

Also in DIGI+ dram current capability to 120% for ab and cd
    Power phase control to optimised

I would set both to 1.25 then slowly work down from that if your system is stable. You probably wont need these valuse but it rules out them as being the problem. Most RAM manufacturers suggest VCCSA of 1.25 at DDR2133 and above.
    thanks for answer!

    So .. VTT \ VCCSA 1.25
    I make this last test
but does not degrade the cpu to 1.25? are not too high as a setting?

    so sorry for my english

2133mhz RAM XMP is usually VCCSA at 1.25 so that sounds correct.
