Z77 ROG/Corsair Power House Build

well i want to build a computer with rog and corsair. just like advice on the idea. i have a corsair 800d case ill put it all in.

• Ivy Bridge (TBA)
• ROG maximus V or maximus V gene
• ROG Xonar Phoebus
• ROG 680 if they make one
• corsair ax1200 gold psu
• corsair force gt 240gb ssd
• corsair dominator gt with airflow pro
• corsair h100 cooler
• corsair link
• corsair sp2500
• corsair vengeance 2000 headset
• corsair k90
• corsair m90
• 3x wd black 2tb hdd storage drives.

im buying system in pieces, and sp2500 speakers being bought on 9th when i get my $$$. my last speakers shocked me n set Fire to a old shopping recite so i unhooked them for safety and now i have no sound :P

id love a recommendation for a good durable gaming mouse pad. currently use a cyber snpa tracker blue led pad and has held up very well

Welcome Back GamerGirlAlice! There are many and I've spent the last year looking...I got ahold of a Razor DeathAdder Black and couldn't be happier but my mat I went cheep on because I can't see spending more for the stupid mat than I did for the Mouse so I got one of those Allsop Gaming mats from Big Lots for a grand total of $5bux and the thing is HUGE!

Well me I like things Bigger but my Wife said it doesn't matter as long as it does what you want and she likes her HP and I like my CHIV so I guess it comes down to will the Gene do what you want or do you need more...That's a question only you can answer...

well the gene i be limited to a single GPU since i plan to get a ASUS ROG Xonar Phoebus Soundcard when its out. the up coming ASUS Maximus V Formula has better on-board sound and ability to run SLI with a ASUS ROG Xonar Phoebus Soundcard. i think i could be happy with a ROG Gene|Phoebus|GTX 680. it would look very small in the case though, LOL! i been looking at some photos and reviews and trying to figure out if the dominator gt airflow ii fan will connect to the ROG z77 boards ram slots.

well be finding out info & have to get a new case. least the new corsair vengeance c70 case is fair price. i bet the rog will look good in the gun metal color. like it is designed to be transported to lan partys as well.
