When you say reboot do you have any error logs? Could you look at the OS event logs to see what is causing the reboots?

Often this behaviour is the result of a virus or some similar nasty

I'm doing sum information gathering and with the little usable info I attained.

Re installed Win 7 and checking all drivers for conflicts and so far I have...

    - Disabled : JMicron_JMB36x , JMB Storage Controller (BIOS)
    - Disabled : Lucid Virtu , Render standby and iGPU MultiMonitor (BIOS)
    - Failed to disable the iGPU altogether. (need help with that)
    - Disabled : SupremeFX X-Fi 2
    - Enabled : XMP (Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 8GB 4 X 2GB)
1st 2e 3e Timings are set with manual values. (BIOS given values)
Dram running at V1.65 and BIOS is labeling it as Yellow is this a problem ?
My voltage Monitor shows that several of the voltages are jumping with +-V0.010, is this a problem ?

Going to bench these settings now and report with findings.

No that is not a problem the yellow ram. Intel spec default as 1.5 and most retail DDR3 ram requires 1.65 so all is good.

    Keep me informed please.

My system is allot more stable , rebooting at most every 24 hours not 30 mins.
I have no idea how to go from here did every thing I can think of except for changing more BIOS setting to manual , seeing as I have no idea what the correct settings is , hit a wall so to speak.

Please set your system to defaults in the BIOS and let us see if the problems are still there.

Go into your BIOS and F5 enter to set default.

F10 and enter to save and reboot.

have you recently added any sensor reading apps? like speedfan or aida64?

boards dont tend to like 2 apps reading and writing sensor info.... sometimes they clash both trying at the same time...on my system i had this problem, turned out to be AI Suite 2 (namely pc probe 2 and xpert fan 2.....system used to just reboot... no warning... nothing...
