I would like to run my CPU at stock speeds no auto OC , nothing.
How can i disable the CPU level up feature and run my cpu at sock speeds?

Basically, do not specifically set,and the BIOS to the default operation,or do not install ASUS turboV application
Not sure what you mean by do not set.
It says auto. I don't have any other options.
The board is fresh out of the box so I would assume its on defaults.
I don't use windows so turboV is not the cause.
