    IV Extreme Rampage RAID Setup, help

    Hello my friends.

    Today I got my 2rd Kingston Hyberx SSD, so Im going into the Bios and set it from ACHI to RAID, pressing Ctrl-I then I can shall to do the Raid Setup.

    I set it to Raid 0 - 128KB

    Then im booting into windows, I CANT seee my 2 SSDs, and my normale Harddrive, Samsunn F3,.

    Could any help me here?

    Hi, did you have the drivers ready when installing windows or the driver DVD, also what satavports do you have the hdd's in.

    when you get to the box where your array and drives should be you have to load the f6 drivers for the x79 to show the array.

    The intel f6 raid driver, little bugger.

    I got it to work now, but now I got a other problem, then I do any benchmark on the Raid it says this:

    but it dont look like I "lose" Power since they do 1GB/s in benchmark.

    I do not understand what is not working. You are in OS therefore you SSD RAID array is working.

    Or what have I missed here?

    It's one of the bugs in the RSTe driver. Your drive is reported as dropping out and in, as if it were being unplugged, but as far as I could tell it was just a bug...nothing was affected performance-wise. The latest version may have cured this....but I've not heard that for sure.
